Music and the Soul

I've been meaning for awhile to post about all of the music I listen to! I'm a big lyric person. Rarely do I ever like a song if I do not like the lyrics and sometimes when I don't like the music I'll like the song anyway because of the words. I love writing and I love beautiful words and that's all a song is really. So this post is going to be dedicated to lyrics that I love and that mean something to me.

Songbird by Fleetwood Mac (this reminds me of my parents and how I hope to have a beautiful marriage and person to spend the rest of my life with -just like they do).

"CUT LOOSE, FOOT LOOSE! KICK OFF YOUR SUNDAY SHOES! PALEASE LUISE, SHAKE IT SHAKE IT FOR ME!"-Footloose by Kenny Loggins (whenever I hear this song it will FOREVER AND ALWAYS remind me of my many wonderful months spent in Nebraska and all of the wonderful friends and memories I've made here!)
